Doodle Mates Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of Doodle Mates ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Account

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account secure. The Service is not available to children under 14.

3. User conduct

• Do not post content that infringes others' rights or is offensive (abuse, hate, sexual, violent content, etc.).
• Do not engage in illegal activity, impersonation, or disruption of the Service.
• Do not reverse-engineer, automate, or scrape the Service without authorization.

Violations may result in content removal and restriction of use.

4. Your content

You retain rights to the content you create (such as drawings). You grant the Service permission to store and display that content as needed to operate and present the Service. Private content is access-restricted per Service rules (e.g., revealed only after you also draw).

5. Payments & refunds

Paid items such as premium decks are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and refunds follow each store's policy.

6. Changes to the Service

We may change features or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons.

7. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is," and we are not liable for damages arising from causes outside our responsibility, such as force majeure or user fault.

8. Governing law

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the competent courts.
